1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the mlwin platform available at mlwin.net (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the mlwin Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the mlwin Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

mlwin reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the mlwin Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You are physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay, unless mlwin expressly permits access from your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of mlwin, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by mlwin or any Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing wagers.

mlwin reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if you fail to meet or maintain these requirements.

3. Account Registration & Rules

3.1 Registration

To access real-money games on mlwin, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one mlwin account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. mlwin employs technical and manual procedures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, mlwin reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mlwin login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PINs with any third party. mlwin will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify mlwin support immediately.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

mlwin is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all players who make withdrawals or reach specified transaction thresholds. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by mlwin may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request closure of your mlwin account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable KYC checks are completed.

4. Deposits

mlwin accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All other payment methods, including any form of cryptocurrency, are not accepted.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the mlwin deposit page and are subject to change.
• Deposits are generally credited to your mlwin account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method and network conditions.
• mlwin does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• mlwin reserves the right to request verification of any deposit and to reverse deposits that cannot be verified or that are suspected to be fraudulent.

5. Withdrawals

Verified mlwin accounts may request withdrawals of available balances at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed on the mlwin withdrawal page.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed on the Platform. GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically completed within five minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.
• mlwin reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 6 for details.
• mlwin will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

mlwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. mlwin reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• mlwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be voided and the associated account may be suspended.

6.2 VIP Programme

mlwin operates a tiered VIP programme. Participation in the VIP programme is by invitation or qualification based on criteria determined by mlwin. VIP benefits, including enhanced cashback rates, dedicated account managers, and exclusive promotions, are subject to the VIP programme terms communicated to eligible players. mlwin reserves the right to modify or discontinue the VIP programme at any time.

7. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on the mlwin Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. mlwin does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, mlwin reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.
• mlwin uses certified random number generators for all RNG-based games. Live casino games are streamed from regulated studios with independent oversight.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• mlwin reserves the right to void any bet that is placed in error, placed on an event with an obvious pricing error, or placed in a manner that mlwin reasonably believes constitutes abuse of the Platform.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mlwin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to mlwin support immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true location in a manner that circumvents geographic restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mlwin staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or evade a self-exclusion.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your mlwin account to any third party.

9. Suspension & Termination

mlwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Upon suspension or termination for cause, mlwin reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of applicable checks.

9.1 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. mlwin will notify you by email prior to applying any inactivity policy. Inactive account balances will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mlwin's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mlwin shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
• Losses arising from interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond mlwin's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit mlwin's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data

mlwin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the mlwin Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points regarding your data include:

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Platform.
• mlwin does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to mlwin's legal retention obligations.

12. Responsible Gaming

mlwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net gaming activity.

13. Amendments to These Terms

mlwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mlwin will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the mlwin Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.5.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and mlwin, you are encouraged to contact mlwin customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. mlwin will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent mlwin from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
